General Terms

We deliver to all areas in Qatar. If you are unable to find your address during checkout, please contact us directly via:

We will respond within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to use a different delivery partner (using a comparable service) than the one selected at checkout. Normally, orders will be delivered using our own delivery team.

Address Changes

If your order is under processing and you need to change the delivery slot or address, please contact us via call or WhatsApp with your order ID and registered email before your order is confirmed and dispatched.

When Registering at KBH, You Agree to the Following:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for identifying who is allowed to access and use your account.

  • In the event of illegal use or hacking of your account, you must notify the site management immediately.

  • If the site management is not informed of illegal use and/or penetration of the user account, the site is not responsible for any consequences.

  • The customer acknowledges that all information provided is true, correct, up-to-date, and complete as required on the registration form.

  • You must maintain and update your registration data in a timely manner to keep it accurate and complete.

  • If you provide information that is untrue, incorrect, incomplete, or violates the User Agreement, your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

  • If you fail to comply with these terms, KBH Management has the right to terminate your account and block access to the site.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed or long-inactive accounts.

Copyright and Trademarks

All site content including designs, logos, icons, and other media is the property of KBH Solution Electronic Trading and is officially registered. Only KBH has the right to publish or distribute this content.

If you believe you own rights to something displayed on the site and do not want it displayed, contact KBH Management and we will resolve the issue.

KBH may take legal and technical action against users who create legal problems, including copyright infringement or violations of this User Agreement.

Additional Information

If any paragraph of this User Agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it does not affect the remaining paragraphs.

This Agreement (as amended from time to time) outlines the full understanding between you and KBH, noting:

  • No person who is not a party to this Agreement has the right to impose any terms or conditions.

  • If the User Agreement is translated into another language, the Arabic text is the official version.

Cancellation of an Order

You can cancel your order anytime before delivery by contacting customer care via:

You may return or cancel the order if the product does not meet the announced specifications.

Responsibilities

As permitted by law, KBH, its employees, and managers are not liable for any direct loss or malfunction caused by your use of the site. If you are not satisfied with the site or any content, the solution is to discontinue use.

You agree to take responsibility for any unauthorized use of the site or services due to your negligence, which may cause damage to the site or other users.

Security

You agree to protect the site and its employees from any damage resulting from claims, losses, malfunctions, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of the User Agreement, any law, or infringement of third-party rights.
