Products are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, and defective, or different from their description on the product page.
Customers can return item(s) within 5 days of receiving the product, except for items that are made or prepared according to customer specifications, personalized items, or exclusively custom-made products.
The product will be verified prior to refund or replacement.
Replacement is subject to the availability of the product (size, color, etc.).
All refunds will be made in Qatari Riyals only.
Refunds will be processed and credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days after the claim is verified.
Please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us if you haven’t received your refund after the item has been returned.
If the item was opened or unsealed after delivery.
If the item is not in the same condition as delivered.
Damages or defects caused due to customer misuse.
